Tamara Brzostowska-Tereszkiewicz

Tamara Brzostowska-Tereszkiewicz – Dr habil., is Associate Professor at the Department of Historical Poetics, Institute of Literary Research, Polish Academy of Sciences and Humanities. She is the author of various publications on Eastern and Central European intellectual history, comparative modernisms, and the theory of literary translation, the most recent of which are Ewolucje teorii. Biologizm w modernistycznym literaturoznawstwie rosyjskim [Evolutions of Theory. Biologism in Russian Modernist Literary Studies Discourse], 2011 and Modernist Translation. An Eastern European perspective. Models, Semantics, Functions, 2016. Her current research is in the area of experimental literary translation.
